Cancellation Policy

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days. If the Client terminates the services prior to the completion of the project, they may still be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

Immediate Termination

California Tech Clarification. reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal activities conducted by the client using our services.
